Finally, travel to Bath to see the Georgian city and visit the Roman Baths.

Windsor Castle

Imagine Windsor Castle being your weekend getaway home – Queen Elizabeth II is lucky to call this incredible fortress exactly that. The oldest occupied castle in the world, Windsor Castle is a royal residence frequented regularly by the Queen to this day! The castle dates back to Norman times and boasts landscaped gardens and a turreted Round Tower. Explore the lavishly decorated State Apartments, adorned with paintings by talented artists such as Rembrandt and Leonardo da Vinci.

See Queen Mary’s Dolls’ House – this intricate dolls house comes complete with working lifts, running water and even electricity! You can also visit St George’s Chapel, the final resting place for a number of Royals including Henry VIII and Catherine of Aragon.

After leaving Windsor Castle, the tour continues at the breathtaking site of Stonehenge. This huge monument is around 5,000 years old and has been designated a World Heritage Site for its historical importance. Still baffling experts even in the 21st century, Stonehenge mystifies everyone who visits! Theories range from a Bronze Age burial ground to astronomical clock and even a religious temple; make up your own mind during the visit.

Optional Lunch Pack

Save time during the tour with our optional lunch pack. This delicious picnic lunch can be consumed on the coach, allowing you more time to explore the attractions.

The fantastic city of Bath features wonderful Georgian architecture and you’ll see why it was the first city in England to be designated a World Heritage Site during your visit! Enjoy a panoramic tour of Bath to see a number of landmarks including Bath Abbey, the romantic Pulteney Bridge and the Roman Baths.

Roman Baths

A visit to the Roman Baths is a highlight of any day trip to the city! Get a fascinating insight into the attraction that was so important to Bath it ultimately gave the city its name. This preserved bathing complex still flows with water from Britain’s only hot spring and was a place for the Romans to relax and recuperate in the steaming water. You will be able to explore the Roman Baths and visit the exhibitions and Pump Room.

After visiting the Roman Baths, the tour will return to London for around 8pm.
